How we carefully handle your child's and your own data.
We collect identification and contact details of parent and child (name, address, email, phone, date of birth, school), plus practical information such as medical info/allergies and an emergency contact, needed for the safe organization of the lessons.
This data is used exclusively for registration, communication, planning and invoicing. Access is limited to Kids Path 2 Engineering itself. Children's data is handled with care, never used for non-educational purposes and never shared with third parties without your consent.
After completion or discontinuation of the enrollment, we keep your data for 3 years, common practice for invoicing and bookkeeping, unless a longer retention period is legally required.
You can request at any time to view, correct or delete your data (and that of your child). Please contact us at info@kidspath2.ing.
